Why: This apartment, transformed from two separate units into one cohesive space, underwent a complete renovation to create a bright and inviting retreat.
The design focuses on a fresh, airy aesthetic, enriched with natural textures and colors.
To reflect a subtle nod to Alpine charm, we introduced delicate red accents inspired by the region’s traditional style, adding warmth and character without overwhelming the modern feel. To maximize natural light, we expanded all Velux skylights and added new ones, ensuring the apartment is filled with sunshine throughout the day.
Spanning approximately 100 m², the space includes a comfortable living room, a dining area, three bedrooms, and three well-appointed bathrooms. Clever storage solutions and carefully selected finishes make it a practical yet stylish home, ready for immediate use.
