The general terms and conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the company K.Martincova Interiors and BeLive Furniture registered in the Annecy Trade and Companies Register under number 897 425 948 (hereinafter referred to as “BL INTERIORS FURNITURE”) and its client (hereinafter referred to as “the client”) in the context of the sale of the goods and services detailed below.

1. Services sold

The services governed by these General Terms and Conditions are those that appear on the Website and are indicated as being accessible against payment.

The main characteristics of the services are described and presented as accurately as possible on the Website. The Customer is obliged to read them before placing an order. However, BL INTERIORS FURNITURE cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in this description.

The essential characteristics of the services and their respective prices are made available to the purchaser on the company’s website, except for the Web Editing service, which is a quotation service (see 1.1.)  

1.1. Content Writing Services

The sale of Web Content Writing services is only complete after a quote has been drawn up and BL INTERIORS FURNITURE has expressly accepted the Client’s order in writing, materialised by an acknowledgement of receipt from BL INTERIORS FURNITURE.  

Any changes to the order requested by the Client will only be taken into account, within the limits of BL INTERIORS FURNITURE’s possibilities, if they are notified in writing, at least 3 days before the date scheduled for the provision of the services ordered, after signature by the Client of a new specific order form and possible adjustment of the price.

All items produced by BL INTERIORS FURNITURE will become the exclusive property of the Client (subject to full payment of the service).

2. Prices & Payments

2.1 Prices

The prices of the services sold are those in force at the day of the order (displayed on the cuidade.fr website). They are denominated in Euros and calculated inclusive of tax. BL INTERIORS FURNITURE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, BL INTERIORS FURNITURE undertakes to invoice the services ordered at the prices indicated when the order is registered.

2.2 Payment

Payment must be made in accordance with the terms and conditions defined on the invoice and from the agreement via the order form. In the event of late payment, BL INTERIORS FURNITURE reserves the right to demand payment of a late payment penalty equal to one and a half times the legal interest rate in force on the day of the invoice concerned. This penalty shall be calculated on the amount outstanding, excluding tax, and shall run from the due date of payment without any prior notice of default being required.

2.3 Retention of Title

BL INTERIORS FURNITURE retains ownership of the services sold until full payment of the corresponding invoices. In this respect, if the client is the subject of a receivership or liquidation, BL INTERIORS FURNITURE reserves the right to claim, within the framework of the receivership procedure, the goods and services sold and remaining unpaid

3. Confidentiality

BL INTERIORS FURNITURE and the client undertake to implement the most appropriate means to keep the most absolute secrecy on the know-how, strategies, methods, data, files, information and documents of the client and BL INTERIORS FURNITURE to which each of the parties may have had access during the execution of the services, and to ensure the respect of the confidentiality commitment referred to in this article.

4. Validity of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The general terms and conditions of sale applicable to a given period are those published on the BL INTERIORS FURNITURE website: https://www.bl-intriors.com/cgv. Certain provisions, after agreement between BL INTERIORS FURNITURE and the client, may slightly modify or specify a part of these conditions. In this case, they are the subject of a specific contract signed by BL INTERIORS FURNITURE and the client, or appear on the invoice, the payment of the latter implying acceptance by the client. BL INTERIORS FURNITURE can modify these general sales conditions without prior notice and will publish the new conditions on its website at the address indicated above.

5. Competent court

Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general terms and conditions of sale is subject to French law. In the absence of an amicable solution, the dispute will be brought before the Commercial Court of Annecy.
